AGREEMENT

  • By adding the bot to your server, you acknowledge and accept these terms of service.
  • These terms are accessible during the bot addition process and are also available via the Discord App Directory.
  • Repeated or significant violations of these terms may result in restricted access to the bot or limitations on adding the bot to your server.

DEFINITIONS

In these Terms of Service, "We", "I", "Scamprotect Staff", or "Scamprotect Team" refer to the moderators and developers of the Scamprotect Project, as listed on our official website. The term "Discord Bot" refers to the Discord application 🛡 ScamProtect#0581.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

  • Users must not claim authorship of the bot or misrepresent their association with the Scamprotect project in any way.
  • The bot may not be sold, offered for sale, or otherwise commercialized under any circumstances, including but not limited to sublicensing, leasing, or renting.
  • Creating bots, services, or applications that may be confused with the original Scamprotect Discord Bot, including similar branding, naming, or functionality, is strictly prohibited.
  • All features of the bot should be used solely for their intended purposes as described in the official documentation. Any misuse or repurposing of features is not allowed.
  • Exploiting vulnerabilities, attempting to disrupt the bot's operation, or engaging in any activity that could compromise the security or stability of the bot or its users is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, reverse engineering, probing for weaknesses, or attempting unauthorized access.
  • Sending excessive requests, spamming commands, or otherwise degrading the bot's performance for other users is not allowed. Automated or scripted interactions must be explicitly authorized by the Scamprotect Team.
  • Actions likely to cause performance issues, instability, or downtime for the bot or its infrastructure are not permitted. This includes denial-of-service attacks, resource exhaustion, or any form of abuse.
  • Engaging in activities that may render the bot unresponsive, inaccessible, or unreliable for other users is not allowed.
  • Submitting large numbers of inaccurate reports, false-positives, or intentionally misleading information is not acceptable and may result in loss of access to the bot's features.
  • It is strictly prohibited to use any data, logs, or content generated by the bot for the purpose of training artificial intelligence or machine learning models, whether for commercial or non-commercial use.
  • Use of the bot's data for doxxing, harassment, illegal activities, or any form of targeted abuse is strictly forbidden. Any such activity will result in immediate termination of access and may be reported to relevant authorities.

    • DATA & SECURITY

    • The bot is designed to enhance server security, prevent scams, and provide anti-VPN and captcha functionalities. Users are expected to use these features responsibly and in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service.
    • Personal data processed by the bot is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. No data should be extracted, shared, or repurposed outside the intended use of the bot.
    • Attempting to bypass, disable, or undermine the bot's security, anti-spam, anti-scam, or anti-VPN mechanisms is not recommended.
    • Users must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or proprietary logic of the bot.
    • Any attempt to use the bot or its data to identify, target, or harm individuals or groups is strictly forbidden.
    • Automated access to the bot (including scraping, mass requests, or botting) is not permitted unless explicitly authorized.
    • Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the bot complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

CONTRIBUTION

Scamprotect welcomes contributions from users who wish to support the ongoing development and improvement of the project. The English language file (translated by Obscaeris) is available for review and suggestions, and contributors may have their names displayed in the /config command as reflected in the relevant file. If you would like to contribute, please join the Discord Server and contact a Scamprotect staff member or open a support ticket . Contributors can choose whether to be listed on the official website, and are encouraged to provide their names accurately for proper recognition. All contributions are subject to review and approval by the Scamprotect Team to ensure quality and alignment with the project's goals.
